These Terms govern your use of the Tawaqqa mobile application ("Tawaqqa", "the app"), operated by Tawaqqa ("we", "us"). Tawaqqa is provided for entertainment purposes: it lets you predict football match results and compete with other users. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 14 years old to use Tawaqqa. You register with your email address, which must be verified with a one-time code before your account is active. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password and account credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. One person may hold only one account.

2. How the game works

Tawaqqa is a Premier League score-prediction game. You predict the score of upcoming Premier League fixtures before each match's prediction deadline. Points are awarded as follows: +4 for an exact draw, +3 for an exact score in a non-draw, +2 for correctly calling a draw with the wrong score, +1 for correctly calling the winner with the wrong score, and 0 otherwise. A season champion pick may award an additional +10. Fixtures and results come from a licensed football data provider and may be corrected by our administrators. We may update the scoring system, its calculation method, or user rankings where necessary — including to correct technical errors — and our scoring decisions are final.

3. Prediction deadlines

Each fixture has a lock time shown in the app. Once that time passes — or once a match has started or finished — predictions can no longer be submitted, edited or deleted. It is your responsibility to submit your predictions before the deadline. Times are shown in Kuwait time (UTC+3).

4. Postponed and rescheduled matches

If a match is postponed, cancelled or rescheduled, it will be handled according to the rules adopted within the app.

5. Leagues

You may create private leagues and invite others with a join code, or join a league using a code shared with you. If you create a league, you are responsible for who you share its code with. We may remove leagues or members that breach these Terms.

6. Fair play

You agree not to: create more than one account; use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit predictions; manipulate scores, standings or another player's account; or harass, abuse or impersonate other players. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach fair play.

7. Prizes and competitions

Tawaqqa is free to play: there are no entry fees and no stakes of any kind. From time to time we may run prize competitions or giveaways, announced through the app or our official social media channels; each competition is subject to its own specific terms published at the time, and no purchase or payment is ever required to enter. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before awarding a prize.

8. Privacy and data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain information may be shared with sponsors or commercial partners only where you have provided consent — see the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual property

All rights related to Tawaqqa — including its name, logo, designs, content and visual identity — are the exclusive property of Tawaqqa and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Administration, suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or permanently delete any account, at any time and with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or where we consider it necessary to protect the platform, its users, or the integrity of the competition. You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@tawaqqa.com.

11. Availability and changes

We provide the app on an "as is" basis and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical issues. Fixture data and kick-off times depend on third-party schedules and may change or contain errors.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the app, including lost points, rankings or predictions, or any inaccuracy in fixture or result data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with a new date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
